Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing the Sonamm Kataria Anchoring Academy ("we", "us", "our"). Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our paid programs, including the 2-day live anchoring masterclass, workshops, cohorts, downloadable resources, or any other paid offering listed on this website (collectively, the "Program").
1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to enroll in the Program are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once payment has been completed. By completing your payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, partial or full, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to attend one or more live sessions for any personal, medical, technical, or professional reason.
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction with the content, pace, language, format, trainer, or delivery.
- Internet, device, electricity, Zoom, browser, or any other connectivity issue at your end.
- Failure to receive joining links because of an incorrect email/phone number, spam filters, or WhatsApp settings.
- Failure to claim or download any bonuses, scripts, prompts, or materials offered with the Program.
2. Nature of the Program
The Program is a live, time-bound, knowledge-based service delivered online via video conferencing (Zoom). It is not a physical product. Once access credentials, joining links, or downloadable resources have been shared, the service is deemed to have been delivered, irrespective of actual usage.
3. No Recordings
The masterclass is delivered strictly live. We do not provide session recordings. Missing a live session does not entitle you to a recording, a make-up session, or a refund.
4. Rescheduling by Us
In the rare event that we are required to reschedule or postpone a session due to unforeseen circumstances, technical failure, illness of the trainer, or force majeure, we will communicate revised dates/timings via email and WhatsApp. A reschedule by us does not entitle you to a refund. Your enrolment will automatically carry forward to the rescheduled session.
5. Duplicate or Failed Payments
If you are charged twice for the same enrolment due to a payment gateway error, or the amount is debited but enrolment is not confirmed, please write to hello@sonammkataria.com within 7 days of the transaction with proof of payment. Verified duplicate or failed transactions will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith may result in immediate termination of your access to the Program and all bonuses, and forfeiture of any benefits, with no further communication.
7. Right to Refuse / Remove
We reserve the right to refuse enrolment, or to remove a participant from the Program without refund, in cases of misconduct, harassment, abusive language, recording or sharing of session content, or any breach of our Terms & Conditions.
