These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and any program, masterclass, workshop, cohort, content, or downloadable material offered by Sonamm Kataria Anchoring Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for any of our programs or completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

Our programs are open to individuals aged 16 years and above. If you are below 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from your parent or lawful guardian before enrolling and making any payment.

2. Nature of Programs

All programs are knowledge-based, live, online sessions delivered via Zoom. Programs are educational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of employment, income, bookings, brand deals, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort, practice, and individual circumstances.

3. Enrolment & Payment

• Your seat is confirmed only upon successful payment of the applicable fee.
• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout.
• Joining links and bonuses will be shared on the email and WhatsApp number provided at the time of enrolment.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details and to check your inbox, spam folder, and WhatsApp for updates.

4. No Refunds

All payments are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once completed. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before enrolling.

5. Code of Conduct

By participating, you agree that you will not:

• Record, screenshot, screen-grab, screen-share, livestream, or otherwise reproduce any session, slide, script, or material.
• Share your joining link, bonuses, or any course material with any third party.
• Use abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or sexually inappropriate language with the trainer, team, or co-participants.
• Disrupt sessions through spam, irrelevant promotion, or unauthorised solicitation.

Breach of this clause will result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may also invite legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the program — including videos, slides, scripts, prompts, questionnaires, playbooks, frameworks, audio, branding, and the website itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of Sonamm Kataria Anchoring Academy. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials solely for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, train AI models on, or commercially exploit any of this content without our prior written consent.

7. Testimonials & Use of Likeness

By participating in our sessions, you grant us the right to use your name, photograph, video, voice, and feedback shared during or after the program for promotional purposes (such as social media, our website, and marketing communications), unless you specifically opt out in writing.

8. Third-Party Platforms

We rely on third-party platforms (such as Zoom, payment gateways, email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers) to deliver the program. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or issues arising from these third parties.

9. Disclaimer

Our content is shared in good faith and is for educational purposes only. We do not warrant that the program will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the program shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that program.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the program or its materials.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website or our programs after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
